Cabinet approves special courts

Jharkhand cabinet today approved an ordinance for setting up Jharkhand Special Courts, 2015 for speedy trial of corruption cases.
The cabinet, chaired by chief minister Raghubar Das, gave the nod for the Jharkhand Special Courts Ordinance, 2015 to make Jharkhand rid of corruption by setting up adequate special courts to speed up trials of corruption-related cases.
Presently, several such cases have piled up in vigilance courts, requiring more special courts, an official release said here.
