The Justice M M Das Commission of Enquiry probing into chit fund scam in Odisha is likely to submit its second interim report to the State government tomorrow.
Formed in July 2013, the Commission was revamped with amended terms of reference in February 2015 following the death of its chairman Justice R K Patra.
While Justice Das was specifically asked to suggest among others as to how to return the money of smaller investors from corpus fund, he had courted controversy in April last year by making unpleasant remarks about the investors terming them as "greedy".
Justice Das submitted his first interim report to the state government in May last year, which was widely touted then to be politically motivated keeping an eye on this year's panchayat elections that are now underway.
