City Union Bank contributes Rs 1 crore towards TN flood relief

City Union Bank today contributed Rs 1 crore towards Chief Minister's relief fund for flood-affected people in Tamil Nadu.
The company said "it has contributed a sum of Rs 1 crore towards the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund of Tamil Nadu which includes a sum of Rs 42 lakh contributed by employees of the Bank and Rs 58 lakh as part of Corporate Social Responsibility activities of the Bank."

Marson to issue securities upto Rs 50 crore * Marsons Ltd today said it will consider the proposal for issue of securities of up to Rs 50 crore to meet long-term demands of the company and its corporate restructuring in a meeting scheduled on December 11.
"A meeting of the Board will be held on December 11, 2015, to consider the proposal for issue of securities up to the maximum of Rs 50 crore to meet the long term fund requirement and to facilitate the corporate restructuring proposal of the company," Marsons said in a BSE filing.

ESC to organise Indian Electronic Expo in March * The Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) will organise the second edition of Indian Electronics Expo on March 17-18 in New Delhi.
The expo will be an exclusive buyer and sellers meet between Indian electronics manufacturing/product/components companies and buyers from various countries, particularly Latin America, Africa, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and ASEAN countries, a statement said.

OnePlus to list out spare part price list for consumers * Handset maker OnePlus today said it will list out the prices of spare parts of its smartphones on its blog as part of its efforts to bring in transparency for consumers.
"In further solidifying our commitment to provide our customers with the best customer care possible, we are sharing a comprehensive list of spare parts prices for OnePlus devices, in an industry first initiative, as per our transparency guidelines effective January 4, 2016," it said in a statement.

* Taxi startup Magic Sewa today said it has partnered Uday Foundation, a Delhi-based NGO, to offer free pick and drop services to children suffering from cancer to any hospital in the city during the odd-even period.
KLM to operate 2 daily Delhi-Amsterdam flights
* European carrier KLM will operate three daily flights from the national capital and Mumbai to Amsterdam.
There would be two daily flights from the national capital and one from Mumbai, the airline said in a release today.
"With the new strategic partnership with Jet Airways, KLM will now offer two daily frequencies from New Delhi to Amsterdam, a daily flight from Mumbai to Amsterdam and greater access to Indian sub-continent offering customers 11 destinations throughout this region," Max Smits, General Manager for Air France KLM, India said.
Meanwhile, KLM's new Boeing 787 Dreamliner landed here on April 3.
In 2004, Air France and KLM merged to form Air France KLM, creating a major European airline group with hubs in Amsterdam and Paris.
