Couple injured, looted of cash and valuables

The armed robbers stormed into the couple's house last night and shot him and his wife for resisting them before looting cash and valuables, Deputy Superintendent of Police Alok Ranjan said.

Raids are on to apprehend the culprits, while the injured couple were admitted to the Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital from where they were referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital, he said.
