Ex-Judge Gopalakrishna named AP consumer commission chief

Andhra Pradesh Government today appointed retired High Court Judge T Gopalakrishna as President of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
He will hold office for five years or till attaining the age of 67 years, an order issued by the Consumer Affairs and Civil Supplies Department said.
Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy cleared the appointment in consultation with the Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court.
Justice Gopalakrishna served on the High Court for ten years.
