Fake fertilisers: Charge sheet filed against UP sales officer

Police have filed a charge sheet against a sales officer of Uttar Pradesh Agro Centre in a local court for allegedly selling fake fertlisers at a state-run agriculture shop here.
A charge sheet was filed against Anandpal yesterday under Section 6 of Essential Commodities Act, police said.
The accused was booked last year after 134 bags of fake fertilisers were seized from a government shop at New Mandi area following complaint by a farmer.
