A division bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice Pankaj Mittal asked the government prosecutor to file response before next date of hearing on February 16 on the Public Interest Litigation filed by social activist Nutan Thakur.
The government counsel asked for some time during the hearing after which the court fixed next date of hearing, the petitioner said.
The petitioner also told that she had filed a supplementary affidavit before the court having facts, including details of various alleged false companies of Yadav Singh for "syphoning off illegal money".
