He also released a video clip, in support of his allegation, which purportedly showed Sisodia nodding his head after which Marshals are seen taking the BJP MLA out of the House.
Terming the incident as a "day light murder of democracy", Gupta alleged that the House was being run by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Sisodia and Secretary of Assembly instead of Speaker Ram Niwas Goel.
"The ruling party is deciding the role of Opposition in Delhi Assembly and the CM, Deputy CM and Secretary of Assembly are running the House. The Secretary is working to ensure that the House is run according to the ruling party," Gupta told reporters in a press conference.
However, he claimed that Kejriwal was "abusing" Prime Minister Narendra Modi by taking his name and he had raised the issue as a violation of Rule 264 and asking for Speaker's ruling on it.
"While I was asking for Speaker's ruling on Kejriwal's violation of Rule 264 as he was naming Prime Minister while abusing him, Marshals surrounded me. Later, my party colleague Jagdish Pradhan told me that I was marshalled out on the instance of Sisodia," Gupta said, while showing the purported video clip of the incident.
