IDFC appoints Pavan Kaushal as Chief Risk Officer

Infrastructure finance company IDFC has appointed Pavan Pal Kaushal as its Chief Risk Officer, effective July 1.
Kaushal has over 30 years of experience in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) and consulting sectors, the company said in a release.
Prior to joining IDFC, Kaushal was responsible for leading the financial services risk practise in EY (Ernst & Young).

Coca-Cola Beverages appoints Rohit Gothi as Executive Director * Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, the company-owned bottling operations of Coca-Cola in the country, today said it has appointed Rohit Gothi as its Executive Director for market operations, with effect from July 15.
Gothi will directly oversee all field operations of the company encompassing all front-end operations, including the seven operating zones, alternative engines of growth (bottom of pyramid, online and alternative beverages) and national key accounts (excluding bulk water), the company said in a statement.
He will assume his new role from July 15 and will report to Chief Executive Officer T Krishnakumar.

DHFL Vysya to launch home loans at 9.6% in rural areas * DHFL Vysya has launched a home loan scheme under which housing finance may be availed at 9.60 per cent for loans up to Rs 15 lakh.
Under the "rural housing fund scheme", borrowers would have to pay an interest rate of 9.60 per cent for the first seven years of the loan period, which would not exceed 15 years, a statement from DHFL Vysya Housing Finance said here today.
Customers may avail loans of up to Rs 15 lakh for purchase of a home, self-construction of a residential unit or home improvement in rural areas, it said.
Loans under the scheme would be refinanced under the specially created Rural Housing Fund of the mortgage sector regulator National Housing Bank.
