The seminar, to be inaugurated by renowned agricultural scientist M S Swaminathan, is also set to deliberate technological developments, trends, demand and supply side, a WPPS release said here today.
Also, Indian wheat quality for global market, storage, logistics and quality, food and nutrition security are among the topics on which there will be panel discussions.
Organising Committee Chairman Ratan Gupta said, "the seminar will focus on role of wheat system in tackling twin issues of sustained availability of basic food and combating menace of malnutrition among citizens."
This will be first such meet here by WPPS, which has organised several seminars on wheat.
