In their complaint, the employees have alleged that they have not been paid for the last 17 months and have urged the Delhi Police to register an FIR of abetting to suicide against the liquor baron.
"We have no other means to sustain ourselves hence we are left with no other option except to commit suicide. He is also guilty of exploitation, false promises, fraud and breach of trust under different sections of the IPC," the employees said in their complaint addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, New Delhi district.
Police said that they have received a complaint from Kingfisher Airlines employees and they would evaluate it whether an FIR can be registered in this case or not.
