30-year-old Sunil Kumar died in a similar incident in Basulia village of the district yesterday, police said.
According to the Meteorological office, moderate to rather heavy rain or thundershower occurred at few places over the state.
Chief amount of rainfall recorded in cms was Nakur 9, Saharanpur, Hamipur 7 each and Banda 5.
