NCP to contest Assembly polls in Himachal Pradesh

On whether the party will go it alone in the polls, NCP national general secretary Gobind Rao Adik said there was no offer for forging any alliance at present.

"The matter will be considered if there is any offer," Adik, who was here for selection of candidates, said.

He said a large number of candidates had approached the party for ticket.

Adik charged both BJP and Congress with doing nothing for the people, especially farmers and unemployed youth.
