NDA to announce Presidential nominee in day or two: BJP leader

At present, the NDA's priority is to announce its candidate for the Presidential poll and not for the post of the Prime Minister, she told reporters here.

To a question, the BJP leader said there is no rift in the NDA over Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.

Slamming the UPA government at the Centre, she said it was pursuing wrong policies which had led to price spiral.

"The UPA has failed on all fronts due to its wrong policies," Sitaraman said.
