1987-batch IAS officer Raman was removed from his post and put on the wait list while Principal Technical Education Monika Garg was given additional charge of the Noida Authority as OSD, an official release said here.
Besides these two, Joint Magistrate of Moradabad, Harshita Mathur, has been shifted to Ballia in the same capacity, it added.
The Allahabad High Court had seized Raman's powers on July 1 acting on a petition filed by Noida resident Jitendra Kumar Goyal who had alleged that Raman had been holding three posts simultaneously for three years.
The court had expressed dissatisfaction over the fact that three important posts were held by one bureaucrat for a long period and directed the Chief Secretary to take a decision on transfer of Raman to some other post.
The court had barred Raman from functioning as chairman of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway authorities.
On its orders, the Uttar Pradesh government on July 19, appointed Pravir Kumar as chairman of the three authorities. Raman, however, continued as Noida authority CEO.
On August 16, the state government had informed the high court that it had decided to retain Raman as CEO of Noida Authority as his services were required for the running of next phase of metro train from March 2017.
