One arrested for sheltering gangster in UP

A relative of a wanted gangster was arrested for sheltering the criminal at Biralsi village in the district, police said today.
Suresh was arrested yesterday for giving refuge to Rahul Khatta who was wanted in several cases, Deputy Superintendent of Police Arun Kumar said today.
Khatta's gang was active in western districts of Uttar Pradesh including Muzaffarnagar, Kumar said, adding that they were also involved in injuring two cops and looting their arms in the district on March 9.
