Ramdan will usher an era of lasting peace: Lt Gen Parnaik

"I hope that the holy month of Ramzan will usher an era of lasting peace resulting in prosperity and progress in the state," he said in a message to the people of the state.

On behalf of all ranks and on his own behalf, GOC-in-C Northern Command, Lt Gen K T Parnaik extended warm greetings to the people of J&K and assured them that the Army stood by the people.
