RMPI chairman K. Gangadharan also accused the Pinarayi Vijayan-led LDF government in Kerala of failing to take cognisance of the attack.
Gangadharan and other leaders of the RMPI addressed a press conference here on the concluding day of the two-day national meet of the party's central committee.
"Criminal gangs at the instance of CPI (M) leaders have launched a series of murderous attacks on leaders and workers of the RMPI in Onchyam (in Kozhikode district) as they wanted to attack the democratic political functioning across the country," he said.
He announced staging of a dharna outside the CPI(M) office in Delhi on February 21 to protest the "attacks and the constant harassment of KK Rama, the widow of slain comrade TP Chandrashekharan".
He said rallies will also be held on Wednesday in various states to express solidarity with Rama and the RMPI cadres in Kerala.
Gangadharan also said that protests will be held at district and taluka levels in Kerala on International Women's Day on March 8 against "harassment" of Rama.
Chandrashekharan, the rebel Marxist leader, was hacked to death in 2012 in Kozhikode district.
