Govind Yadav, who worked as sub-zonal commander in Manika area of Jharkhand between 2012-2014, was arrested under suspicious circumstances during vehicle checking at Estate Road in Madanapalli town of Chittoor, a senior police officer of Andhra Pradesh told PTI.
"Yadav also worked in Jharkhand Mukti Morcha earlier and he was carrying Rs five lakh cash prize on his head. He was hiding in Chittoor district for the past few months and was nabbed by a police team following information provided by Jharkhand Police to their AP counterparts," the officer said.
