Not Bothered

Its really heartening to note that the SBI is functioning without a local board at Guwahati, since the inception of Guwahati local head office in 1981, even though it is mandatory to have a local board at each circle. Also the North East Circle is the only circle out of its 13 circles which functions without a local board!
