Rs 382cr Outlay For Meghalaya

The annual plan outlay for Meghalaya, for 1997-98, has been fixed at Rs 382 crore, up 33 per cent over the anticipated expenditure of Rs 287 crore this year. The Planning Commission has also finalised the annual plan for Pondicherry for Rs 218 crore, a nine per cent growth over the current years outlay of Rs 200 crore.
