The second victory for Mumbai has come up very nicely in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Thanks to Hayley Matthews’ 77 and Nat Sciver’s 55* the MI team chased down the target of 156 in just the 14th over with nine wickets in hand to skyrocket their net run rate which had already been high thanks to a 143 run in the first match. Yastika Bhatia, the only wicket to fall in the Mumbai innings, scored 23 off 19 balls. 

 

Earlier in the evening, after winning the toss and electing to bat first, Bangalore could only get as far as 155 as they were bowled out in 18.4 overs. Richa Ghosh top scored 28 off 26 balls.
