MinVesta, the information technology arm of HR services provider Ma Foi Management Consultants, has entered into a strategic alliance with Kumaran Systems, a Chennai-based IT firm, under which the latter would deliver the non-HR related IT requirements of MinVesta. | |
| MinVesta and Kumaran will utilise each other's capabilities to provide end-to-end solutions to their clients, hence increasing the revenue for both the organisations. |

| The alliance through mutual referrals is expected to bring in additional revenues, which will be shared between the two companies, according to a statement issued by Ma Foi. |

| MinVesta's products like Minerva-HR suite, consisting of discrete products for automating HR functions, are currently being deployed in large enterprises across UK, Australia, and India. |

| The products will give the clients of Kumaran Systems a specialised HR software product to effectively handle their human capital management requirements. |

| This relationship will also create an interface for the Vedior operating companies to utilise the expertise of Kumaran Systems in the application migration and tools-based application development, said Brian Wilkinson, chairman, Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd. |

| K Pandia Rajan, chief executive officer, Ma Foi Management consultants Ltd, said this year Ma Foi would see a rapid foray into international markets such as Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Qatar, Germany, Canada, and Egypt. |

| The company would also set up offices in Philippines and Brunei later this year. Ma Foi has 94 offices, across nine countries, including the UAE, UK, USA, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Bahrain. |
