The board of directors of Patni Computer has approved a share buyback through stock exchanges at a maximum price of Rs 325 per share. The shares were trading around Rs 285 on the BSE at 1145 hrs.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the budget for the buyback would be Rs 237 crore.
