| SolutionNet Group is a 10-year-old US-based consulting and product group with an annual turnover of approximately $5 million in consulting. It has onsite consulting businesses spread over the US, Australia and Singapore. |

| As per the acquisition deal, the company's wholly-owned US subsidiary SQL Star International Inc will be taking over the consulting business of SolutionNet, US, whereas the Singapore business will be taken over by the company's wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary International SQL Star Pte Ltd. The Australian business of SolutionNet group will become the Australian subsidiary of the company. |
