Authum Investment & Infrastructure completes acquisition of BIC Cello

Authum Investment & Infrastructure has completed the acquisition of BIC Cello (India). As part of the transaction, the Company has purchased a total of 4,14,87,608 equity shares from the existing shareholders of BIC Cello.

Following this acquisition, the Company now holds 100% of the voting rights in BIC Cello.
