Power Finance Corporation has informed that WAGDARI TRANSMISSION LIMITED, Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Company has been incorporated as wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) (a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) with the purpose of development of Establishment of 400/220 kV Wagdari (Dist. Solapur).
