Union Bank of India announces appointment of Govt. Nominee Director

Union Bank of India announced that the Central Government vide notification dated 24 July 2025 appointed Rohan Chand Thakur, Director, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services as the Government Nominee Director of the Bank with immediate effect and until further orders, vice Sameer Shukla.
