Realty firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 47.91 crore for the second quarter of this fiscal year. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 14.01 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose to Rs 33.06 crore during July-September period of 2025-26 fiscal from Rs 15.96 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Friday. Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd's development footprint spans 53.30 million sq ft (saleable area) of completed, ongoing and forthcoming residential projects across seven Indian cities. It also has over 5,000 acres of ongoing and forthcoming projects under development/management at its integrated developments/industrial clusters across four locations. The company is the real estate arm of the large business conglomerate Mahindra Group.
Realty firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has acquired a 13.46-acre land in Pune to develop a housing project worth Rs 3,500 crore. In a regulatory filing late Friday, the company informed that it has acquired the land "in the premier neighbourhood of Nande-Mahalunge in Pune." Mahindra Lifespace, a part of Mahindra Group, did not disclose the name of the seller and also the deal value. The land is estimated to yield a development potential of about Rs 3,500 crore, it said. On Friday, the company also announced that it will redevelop four housing societies at Malad (West) in Mumbai. The company is expecting a revenue of Rs 800 crore from the sale of free area in these four societies. "Spread across about 1.65 acre, the project offers a development potential of Rs 800 crore," it said. Real estate company Mahindra Lifespace Developers plans to raise up to Rs 1,500 crore through issue of shares to eligible shareholders for reducing its debt as well as funding further growth. The board of Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Ltd has approved the fund raise of up to Rs 1,500 crore through rights issue to the eligible shareholders of the company. The proceeds will be utilised to pare down the company's existing debt and support its future growth plans, according to a regulatory filing on February 13. Mahindra Lifespace is the real estate and infrastructure development business of the Mahindra Group. Recently, Mahindra Lifespace reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 22.47 crore for the quarter ended December 2024. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 50.02 crore in the year-ago period. Realty firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers on Monday said it has bagged a redevelopment project in Mumbai with an estimated revenue of Rs 950 crore from the saleable area. In a regulatory filing, Mahindra Lifespace informed that the "company has been appointed as the developer for a redevelopment project in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai. The project offers a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 950 crore, it said, adding that the company has secured four redevelopment projects in Mumbai. Mahindra Lifespaces has been chosen as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of three residential societies together. Realty firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd on Wednesday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 12.74 crore for the June quarter. The company posted a net loss of Rs 4.27 crore in the year-ago period. Its total income increased to Rs 206.70 crore during the April-June period of this fiscal year from Rs 110.05 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding financial year, according to a regulatory filing. On operational metrics, Mahindra Lifespace achieved pre-sales (sales bookings) of Rs 1,019 crore in residential business. It achieved land leasing of 18.8 acres in the integrated cities and industrial clusters business for Rs 76.1 crore. In a regulatory filing, the company informed about the "closure of two deals aggregating to Rs 2,050 crore in Gross Development Value (GDV)". These strategic moves include securing a third redevelopment project in Mumbai and acquiring a prime land parcel in Bengaluru, it added.
