Adani Ports redeems NCDs worth Rs 425 crore

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has successfully redeemed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs 425 crore.

In a statement issued to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday, the company said, "We would like to inform that the company has fully redeemed 4,250 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of Rs 10 lakhs each aggregating to Rs 425 crore on December 10, 2012."

The 4,250 debentures of Rs 10 lakhs each were allotted to the company on December 10, 2009.
