ITC's new hotel to have ladies-only floor

The Royal Gardenia, ITC's to-be launched luxury hotel in Bangalore has constructed an 'Eva floor' which will cater exclusively to women. The Eva floor will have six rooms where even the security personnel and service staff will consist of women.

"We find a lot of growth in the single female business travel segment in the country. The arrangements are such that the women will feel perfectly safe in the hotel," said Shona Adhikari, consultant for ITC Ltd's Hotels Division.

The ITC Royal Gardenia is the eighth hotel in the company's luxury collection. The 11-storeyed hotel will have 300 rooms of which 200 will be opened to the public by November.
