My Home launches Rs 1,000-cr residential project in Hyderabad

My Home Avatar would comprise ten 30-floor blocks with a total of 2,780 apartments with prices starting at Rs 60 lakh

Hyderabad-based real estate developer My Home Constructions, a part of the Rs 4,000-crore diversified business conglomerate My Home Group, launched a Rs 1,000-crore high-rise residential project on the outskirts on Sunday.

Christened My Home Avatar, the project would comprise ten 30-floor blocks with a total of 2,780 apartments with the prices starting from Rs 60 lakh.

"Of the 23-acre project area, 19 acre will be left as open area. The project is expected to be completed in the next three years," J Shyam Rao, executive director of My Home Constructions, told mediapersons.

The company has so far completed 15 commercial and residential project with a total built-up area of over six million sft. Currently, it has more than 16 million sft, including three million sft of commercial space, under various stages of construction, said J Jagapathi Rao, Managing director of My Home Constructions.
