Centre convenes NCTC meet on Mar 9

In a bid to end logjam over the issue of setting up NCTC, the Centre has convened a high-level meeting on March 9 to address the concerns of non-Congress chief ministers who opposed the counter-terror body claiming it usurped the powers of the states.
