The winning bidder of the iconic Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSTM) redevelopment project in Mumbai could generate sales of Rs 8,000 crore to Rs 11,000 crore if it goes for residential development as part of the project, said experts in Mumbai property circles.
Property prices hover around Rs 30,000-Rs 40,000 per square feet in the CSTM area, which is near the central business district of Nariman Point in South Mumbai.
