Sensex up 30pts; Ambuja Cements up 6%

The Nifty is trading 4 points lower at 4,856.

Ambuja Cements is up 6% at Rs 103. Hindalco is up 3.6% at Rs 192 and ITC has gained 2.9% at  Rs 215.

TCS and Satyam have advanced 2.3% at Rs 989 and Rs 510 respectively.

HUL, ACC, Cipla , Wipro and Bharti are all trading over 1%.

Bhel is trading 3.5% lower at Rs 1,599 and  L&T is down 2.5% at Rs 2,673. M&M and  Reliance Infra have declined above 2% at Rs 629 and Rs 1,234 respectively.

ONGC is down 1.9% at Rs 867. RCom is down 1.8% at Rs 542.

 

Tata Motors , NTPC, HDFC, ICICI Bank, DLF, Tata Steel, HDFC Bank, Maruti and Ranbaxy are the other losers.
