UltraTech Cement, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Bharti Airtel, Ceat, Engineers India, BEML, Jet Airways and Rallis India were among 41 stocks from the S&P BSE500 index hitting their respective 52-week lows on the BSE in intra-day trade on Tuesday.
Castrol India, LIC Housing Finance, Ajanta Pharma, Mahanagar Gas, Apollo Hospitals, CRISIL, Power Finance Corporation (PFC), Rural Electrification Corporation (REC), UPL and Vakrangee were among notable stocks too hit their respective 52-week lows today.
Shares of UltraTech Cement have dipped 3.4% to Rs 3,721 per share, extending their 6.5% fall on the BSE in the past four days.
