Maruti, ITC and ONGC has rallied over 4.5% each to Rs 576, Rs 179 and Rs 915, respectively.
ICICI Bank, Hindustan Unilever and HDFC Bank have advanced around 4% each to Rs 626, Rs 210 and Rs 1,039, respectively.
ACC has moved up 3.8% to Rs 496, and DLF has added 3.5% to Rs 429.
Larsen & Toubro, Satyam and Hindalco are up 2.7% each at Rs 2,445, Rs 475 and Rs 142, respectively.
