16 dead after truck overturns in Andhra Pradesh

16 labourers were killed after a lorry carrying cement and fly ash overturned at Gandepalli in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh on Monday.

The accident took place at 3.30 am when the lorry was travelling from Vijayawada to Vizag.

Police have rescued the labourers and shifted them to Rajahmundry government hospital.
