BSF jawan critically injured by IED blast in Chhattisgarh

A Border Security Force soldier was crtically injured in an IED blast in Maoist-affected Antagadh area of Chhattisgarh's Kanker District on Tuesday.

Media reports said the incident occurred this morning when a polling party was returning to the district headquarters.

The BSF was giving security cover to the polling party when the blast occurred. Further details are awaited.
