Chief Election Commissioner Nasim Zaidi to visit Patna

To review preparations for upcoming Bihar Assembly elections

Chief Election Commissioner Nasim Zaidi and Election Commissioner Achal Kumar Joti will be visiting Patna on August 7 and 8 to review the preparations for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.

According to reports, the duo will be meeting administration and police officials besides the representatives of various political parties before taking a call on fixing the poll schedule.

The Election Commission had published the final electoral rolls on July 31.
