A NYC judge has said that Rihanna's stalker identified as Kevin McGlynn is a threat to her just like Mark Chapman, the stalker who shot John Lennon.
The 26-year-old Barbadian singer lives in Manhattan where Lennon was shot, the Mirror reported.
Judge Orlando Marazzo said that the 'Umbrella' hitmaker' stalker appeared to be a "ticking time bomb" who was wholly fixated on the singer, and posed a direct threat of serious physical harm or death to her and anyone around her.
The court ordered that the man must stay away from the singer's home in Manhattan and the police have been directed that they can arrest him if he is found near the singer's property.
