Najma Heptulla to be sworn-in as Manipur Governor today

Dr. Najma A. Heptulla will be sworn-in as Manipur Governor at 11

The Manipur Governor designate, Heptulla, arrived at the Imphal Airport on Saturday afternoon, where she was received by State Chief Secretary Oinam Nabakishore, along with Director General of Police L.M. Khaute, Imphal West Deputy Commissioner Ningthoujam Jeoffrey, Superintendent of Police Dr. A.K. Jhaljit and State Protocol Officer Rehanuddin Choudhury.
