AXIS Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

AXIS Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 66720 equity shares of Rs 10 each on 23 June 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,13,03,284 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 47,13,70,004 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
