Board of Igarashi Motors India approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 23 June 2014

Igarashi Motors India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Hemant Madhusudan Nerurkar and Mr. S. Radhakrishnan as Additional Directors, Non-Executive and Independent Directors of the Company with effect from 23 June 2014 in compliance the Listing Agreement and relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Further, the Board of Directors of the Company, at the same meeting, have accepted the resignation of Srinivasan Ravindran, Director of the Company with effect from 23 June 2014 due to his personal and professional commitments.
