Ginni Filaments announces cessation of nominee director

With effect from 13 June 2014

Ginni Filaments announced that on 23 June 2014 the Company is in receipt of a letter dated 13 June 2014 from IFCI, intimating the Company that they have withdrawn the nomination of Jagdish Garwal from Company's Board consequently he ceased to be a Nominee Director of the Company w.e.f. 13 June 2014.
