Biocon allots 6 lakh equity shares to Trust under ESOP

Biocon has on 28 April 2021 allotted 6 lakh equity shares to Biocon India Limited Employee Welfare Trust under Biocon Restricted Stock Unit Long Term Incentive Plan FY 2020-24.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the revised paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to 120,06,00,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each aggregating Rs 600.30 crore.
