The Board of Astec Lifesciences at its meeting held on 18 December 2020 has appointed Nandkumar Vasant Dhekne [Director Identification Number (DIN): 02189370] and Anjali Rajesh Gupte [Director Identification Number (DIN): 00104884] as Additional Directors - Non-Executive & Independent for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from 18th December, 2020 upto 17 December, 2025, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
