Purshottam Investofin appoints director

With effect from 15 October 2014

Purshottam Investofin announced that vide Circular Resolution dated 15 October 2014 approved by the Board of Director of the Company, Swati Sharma is appointed as an Additional Director in the first instance pursuant to the provisions of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. 15 October 2014.
