Outcome of board meeting of Mawana Sugars

At meeting held on 20 October 2014

Mawana Sugars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 October 2014, has approved the following:

1. Accepted the resignation of Naveen Jain, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

2. Appointed Payal Chowdhary, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 20 October 2014 in terms of Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.

3. Approved delisting of GDRs of Mawana Sugars from London Stock Exchange.
