Board of iStreet Network allots equity shares on conversion of warrants

At meeting held on 18 October 2015

iStreet Network announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 October 2015 has allotted 310,000 equity shares to promoter group in exchange of equal number of warrants on receipt of the balance full consideration of Rs 46.50 lakh.
